First Step is Hiring a Domestic Violence Shelter Advocate Near Wichita Falls, TX
The primary responsibilities are to maintain safe and sanitary operation of the Safe House and to provide supportive services to clients. This position will answer the 24/7 Hotline number to assess callers for services, provide appropriate resource referrals, complete intakes for residential clients, and provide residents with available supplies such as food, clothing, and personal items. Strict confidentiality must be observed as it relates to client information and all agency business. Current available positions are for Monday- Thursday 4 pm to 12 am and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 noon to 8 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
